The first meal I’ve prepared was a Japanese curry.
Our all family said it never has eaten such a delicious curry before!
I understand now why using no water but just the vegetables’ natural moisture makes the difference.
That’s why I am going to try many recipes and just cook more delicious food by myself.
I’m quite picky regarding cookware. However it feels like Vermicular is the pot I was waiting for.
I’ve heard before that food cooked with Vermicular would not crumble, but could not imagine it was so true until I cut a potato.
I was gloating over its firm flesh and the clear cut…
I used to cook with foreign enameled pots but could not get such result.
Because it’s heavy, so far I’ve been often hesitating before using my enameled cast iron pot.
But now, I get my Vermicular out of the cupboard and let’s rock n’ roll! That’s really how I do feel now!
Cool idea too, the ridges on the bottom! Food doesn’t stick and maintenance is easy.
We tried baking sweet potatoes but―was the heat to high?― it burnt and we can’t remove it…
My wife is so disappointed! We don’t know how to remove burns and clean the pot.
I tried the bicarbonate and it worked!
Also, the pot bottom was lightly colored so I’ve followed your instructions and now the pot looks god as new! My wife is satisfied too. Thank you!
I’ve cooked a pot-au feu. I couldn’t believe it was so tasty although I used no consommé but just little salt and pepper.
I changed my way of thinking so that I’m going to spend more time choosing nice ingredients than thinking about recipes. Maybe should I start my own vegetable garden? (lol)
I have received the pot you repaired.
Dropping it inadvertently was such a sorrow… I could not believe how beautiful it returned to me!
I am now going to take a great care of it. Your cookware is so popular people have to wait many months before delivery; despite you are so busy, I really appreciated your prompt reaction.
Thinking about what I could cook with, I was missing my Vermicular during the past 2 weeks. That’s why I am so happy I can use it again from tonight! (lol)
Once again, thank you so much for your support. By “after sales service”, you really meant it!
From your first reply by email until the delivery, including our correspondence by phone, your attitude proved me buying a Vermicular has been the good choice.
I am thankful for my encounter with such a good product and good services.
PS: I am personally impressed by the rim’s precision, between the body and lid. It is wonderful!
It’s such a good-looking pot! But more than this, I was impressed by the delicious taste it gives to food.
What we like most, in our family, is hashed beef. So we tried cooking it without water and result was beyond expectations!
It feels like we suddenly became better cooks! It seems we are going to spend our week-ends in the kitchen together with our Vermicular, cooking nice meals.
Because nice meals bring happiness to our family. Thank you.
I’ve cooked potato pork but the rims between the body and lid rusted.
Is your pot supposed to rust so fast? Tell me how to remove and prevent rust.
The rust went off easily with a sponge.
I’ve followed your instructions by spreading oil on the rims and had no more troubles! Thank you!
I got a Vermicular from friends as a wedding gift. I am already using it pretty much.
I’m always amazed by the quantity of water exuded by vegetables. I cooked stew, curry, pot-au-feu, cabbage-roll, etc. the same way I always did before but taste is better,
savor is deepest, like the vegetables’ flavor is more condensed.
My Vermicular is a wonderful and priceless treasure I will always take care of!!
We’re all fans of Vermicular in our family! What we like the most is to steam rice in it. Nothing comparable with electrical rice cookers… we do not use our anymore.
I’m trying new recipes with my Vermicular and that’s just pure fun!
I received my Vermicular today.
The box itself is really nice and when I opened it, the pot looked so beautiful I almost thought using it would be a sacrilege…
I’m going to take a picture and then just gaze at my pot for at least a week before starting cooking a lot. I’m really, really going to take care of it!
I’ve tried the “scallop and hen-of-the-woods rice” recipe found on your website!
It was so good!! First I was thinking about a more classical menu but finally tried something totally different.
I also tried the aromatic roast chicken, the roast beef, the Bagna càuda. But my favorite at the moment is the pork miso soup.
The best pork miso soup I’ve ever eaten! That’s the first time I get such a delicious soup without even using stock!
