鍋に、0.01mmの精度。それが、メイド・イン・ジャパン。

Just 3mm (0.12in) thick cast-iron pot is machined with extreme accuracy and enameled thrice at 800℃ (1500℉). To be able to preserve such precision along the many processes, thousands of trials were necessary. Japanese craftsmen, motivated to produce the "World's No.1 flavor improving pot", had to work hard to create this inimitable cast-iron pot.

For example, both pot body and lid have large handles.
Particularly easy to hold, they make the pot feel lighter.
Polished up by hand, their smooth curves are beautiful.

やさしい色には、理由がありました。カドミウムゼロという事実。

Using cadmium allows to create bright colors. To make pots that are supposed to feed us every day, Vermicular didn't wish to use substances like cadmium, that might be toxic. That's why most of our colors are gentle pastels.
